About Green Habitat
Green Habitat is a family-run business from Linz, wholeheartedly dedicated to making the world a better place. For us, "green" is not just a word, but a way of life. To further this commitment, we collaborate with the TwoWings Foundation, which has been financially supporting educational projects in the Southern Hemisphere since 1996 and is also active in Austria. The focus is on holistic education, environmental protection, and the empowerment of women.
Our Impactful Project
One project we at Green Habitat are particularly proud of is the development of a modern database and app for TwoWings partner organizations who develop environmental and educational projects in Sambia and Colombia. This platform allows for the systematic documentation of environmental training and tree-planting projects. To date, over 20,000 trees planted by local communities have been registered, and hundreds of training sessions documented. The platform also includes additional features that help these projects expand their reach and impact.
Sustainable Community Development
Thanks to these sustainable approaches, it's not just about planting a tree; entire communities are empowered to plant and care for fruit and indigenous trees across generations.
